Improves upper-body strength and hand-eye coordination using bars, rings, ropes and climbing techniques.
Develops stability, concentration, accuracy and overall body control.
Trains explosiveness and high-power movement through obstacle course racing and competitive drills.
Teaches bounce control and take-off technique using air-tracks, inflatable surfaces and spring-loaded elements.
Yes they can. The classes are split by age and level of ability. Coaches will start with the students from step 1 until they learn the skill.
No. Speciality classes are open for all members. Enrolled members can use their packages to book and attend any of the Speciality Classes.
4 years old and above can attend the Flips Class, Grip & Swing Class and Balance Class.
5 years old and above can attend all specialty classes.
